Ingredients
1 Avacado
1/2 C. Plain greek yogurt
1 Clove of garlic
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Pinch of cumin, cilantro and salt
Directions
Peel and mash avacado, mince garlic clove and then mix all ingredients together
Serving size 1/4 C.
